Um die nächste Generation von Think Tankerinnen und Think Tankern zu fördern, bieten wir berufsbegleitende Trainingsprogramme für Nachwuchskräfte an. Im Laufe des Programms entwickeln die Fellows ihre Kompetenzen für effektive Think Tank-Arbeit weiter und erweitern ihr Netzwerk in der deutschen und internationalen Think Tank-Gemeinschaft.
