The project “Effects of Migration Cooperation and Agreements on Germany’s Development and Foreign Policy” conducts applied research with the aim of generating knowledge about the development and foreign policy effects of migration cooperation. It develops practical and actionable recommendations for the federal government, the European Union, and other key actors.
The project is carried out by the Center for Migration at DGAP and supported by Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
