Dr. Roman Hoffmann is a research scholar in the IIASA Population and Just Societies (POPJUS) Program with affiliations at the Vienna Institute of Demography of the Austrian Academy of Sciences and the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK). He holds a PhD in economics from the University of Vienna and degrees in sociology and economics from the University of Munich.
