Yevheniia Yemshenetska serves as Chief of Staff at EPIK. She is a strategic communications and institutional development professional with extensive experience in foreign policy coordination, public diplomacy, and organisational management within Ukraine’s international engagement framework.Before joining EPIK, Yevheniia led a multidisciplinary team working on strategic communications and international partnerships during the full-scale war. She coordinated collaboration across policy, research, and communications teams, strengthened internal processes, and supported senior leadership in delivering complex initiatives in a highly sensitive security environment.Earlier in her career, she contributed to institutional reform and international cooperation at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine. Her work focused on organisational development, donor-funded educational programmes, and capacity-building initiatives for diplomats and civil servants. Yevheniia holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Kyiv National Economic University and a Master of Social Sciences in China and Global Governance from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
