As Research Manager in the Early Warning & Research team, Camille Le Tallec manages the production of Crisis Group’s flagship early warning tool, CrisisWatch. The monthly conflict tracker assesses conflict trends in over 70 contexts worldwide and alerts policymakers to the risks of escalation and opportunities to advance peace. Camille also leads the team’s Horizon Scanning workstream and undertakes or supervises research projects on selected deadly conflicts and thematic/cross-cutting issues to support the organisation’s global research needs.Camille joined Crisis Group in 2016 as a member of the policy and editing team. As editor, she was notably in charge of editing French-language publications, coordinating and managing translations.Prior to that, she worked five years as a foreign correspondent in Tunisia, Libya and Germany for several media outlets.She holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and Political Science from Sciences Po Paris, France.
