Tobias Lindner was a senior associate fellow in DGAP’s Center for Geopolitics, Geoeconomics, and Technology from September 2025 through June 2026. From December 2021 to May 2025, he served as minister of state at the Federal Foreign Office. He was a member of the German Bundestag from June 2011 to March 2025. His regional responsibilities included transatlantic relations, as well as Germany‘s relations with Belarus, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, the Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East, and Latin America.
