Talha Güney is a 2024/25 Junge DGAP Fellow, focusing on state actions in cyberspace as part of the "Norms in Cyberspace" project. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in International Relations at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), with a particular focus on the intersection of geostrategy, foreign policy, and technology. Previously, he earned a bachelor‘s degree in Political Science and Economics in Mannheim and Rome. His professional experience spans startups and government technology, strategic policy consulting, and cyber diplomacy in Berlin and Brussels.
