Every Thursday morning at 8:30, DGAP’s Research Institute brings together experts and high-level guests to discuss the latest developments in geopolitics. This week, we will explore the perspectives for Ukraine as the Russian war of aggression enters its second winter, and intensive fighting continues along the entire frontline. After the European Commission presents its report on the progress of Ukraine and other aspiring EU members on Wednesday, November 8, we will assess what military and political support is now needed to deter Russia and help Ukraine determine its own future.
