The speaker accepted an invitation from the DGAP’s Alfred von Oppenheim Center for European Policy Studies (AOZ) within the framework of its “Brussels Briefings” series. Almut Möller, head of the AOZ, moderated the discussion of experts and policy makers. Pieter Feith led the International Civilian Office (ICO) in Kosovo between April 2008 and September 2012. A report detailing the ICO’s work – “State Building and Exit” – has recently been published.
