Veranika Shykhutsina coordinates events as External Relations Manager and is LEAD for the Think Tank Lab project at MERICS. Previously, she has worked for the Minsk Dialogue Council on International Relations, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation’s Belarus Office, and Austausch e.V. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in World Economy from Belarusian State University, as well as a second master in Political Economy of European Integration from the Berlin School of Economics and Law. She is a German Bundestag International Parliamentary Scholarship alumna and has supported the DGAP events team during her master’s studies in Berlin.
