Hannah-Sophie Weber is a Young DGAP Fellow working on the thematic focus of norms in cyberspace. In her Master's degree (MPhil) at the University of Oxford, she is also working intensively on cyber and technology policy, specifically on non-state actors and the EU. She also is a Research Assistant at Oxford, supporting the Department of Politics and International Relations (DPIR). Previously, she completed a double degree B.A. Political Science & B.A. Empirical Cultural Studies and European Ethnology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich. Previous professional positions have already taken her to the DGAP as an intern in 2022, the German Federal Foreign Office, the Federal Office for Information Security, the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Brussels, and most recently to the Analysis Department of the Center for International Peace Operations (ZIF).
