Dr. Barbora Sedova (co-)leads the FutureLab – Security, Ethnic Conflicts, and Migration at PIK. In her work, she analyses mechanisms and contextual effects of climate impacts on human (im)mobility and risk of conflict. The overarching goal of her research is to minimize the risks to peace and security in a changing climate. She applies approaches from econometrics,  geospatial analysis and systematic literature review.
