Nicole Kleeb is a Project Manager at the Bertelsmann Foundation and Chair of the Young DGAP. She has been a member of the Young DGAP Executive Board since 2022, where she focuses primarily on fostering collaboration between the DGAP Research Institute and the organization’s regional forums.

Previously, she worked as a trainee in the German Bundestag with Jürgen Hardt and in the European Parliament with David McAllister. She holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Wuppertal (summa cum laude) and a master’s in international relations from Andrássy University Budapest, with a focus on transatlantic cooperation, foreign policy, and democratic participation. Since 2024, she has also been part of the Young Leaders program of Global Bridges.
