From 2021 to 2022, Franziska Sophie Frank headed the International Futures Program in cooperation with the department “Training for International Diplomats” at Gemany’s Federal Foreign Office. Previously, she worked in an organizational development consultancy. She planned and implemented international training and encounter programs in both the public sector and the security policy foundation sector.

Frank has volunteered as an intercultural trainer and tour leader for international youth encounters since 2014.

She studied political science, sociology, and adult education/lifelong learning in Berlin and Zurich. She works on issues related to European security and defense policy as well as continuing education in think tanks.
