Short Bio
Weronika Perlinski is Head of the Think Tank Lab and has been at DGAP since 2021. The Think Tank Lab functions as a platform, learning space, and driver for innovative and impact-oriented think tank work. The aim of the project is to provide important incentives for the professionalization and further development of the German think tank sector and to enable think tank employees to initiate structural changes.
Before joining DGAP, Weronika Perlinski worked at the Falling Walls Foundation, where she led an international forum on science policy and innovation strategy for leaders from science, business, politics and society. She also works as a freelance consultant, facilitator and trainer, supporting public and private organizations in the design and implementation of impact-oriented and innovative projects in the political and social spheres.
Perlinski studied European and global studies in Osnrabück and Gothenburg, Sweden, with a focus on arms control and non-proliferation of biological weapons and autonomous weapons systems. She has also completed training and further education in mediation and conflict management as well as social innovation and impact scaling.
