Sarah Bressan is a research fellow at GPPi in Berlin. She researches political violence and international cooperation through data, evaluation, and futurism. Growing up in a household with a classic working-class migration experience, she has worried about the disconnect between policy-making and lived realities since her early days as a first generation university student. Sarah co-founded ​“Better Think Tanking” after realizing that diversity and inclusion in the non-profit sector often fall short because management and leadership practices are not receiving enough attention.
