Events

The question of how to build a new modus vivendi with Russia and Eastern Europe is more relevant than ever. Western experts and policy makers met with their Eastern European and Russian counterparts at the beginning of December in Berlin and in Moscow to discuss a way forward at a time of strained relations. The workshops are part of an ongoing joint initiative of the DGAP's Robert Bosch Center and the Center for Transatlantic Relations (CTR) at Johns Hopkins University’s Paul H. Nitze School.

ROME MED: MEDITERRANEAN DIALOGUES is an annual high-level initiative organized by the Italian foreign ministry and the Italian Institute for International Political Studies. In 2016, the DGAP’s Middle East and North Africa Program, together with Chatham House, the European Council on Foreign Relations, the French Institute of International Relations, the European University Institute, and Bruegel served as the six partners of ISPI to realize different policy forums during the MED conference.
