Andrea Baumgartner is a student assistant in DGAP’s France/Franco-German Relations Program. She currently works on the project that monitors cooperation between the two countries in the Franco-German border region. Baumgartner is a student in the German-French double master’s program in affaires européennes/political science at the Freie Universität Berlin and Sciences Po Paris.
