Victoria Cygne Lara Toriser studied law at the Karl-Franzens-University in Graz, where she specialized in international relations and human rights. After concluding her education, Victoria began working at the Directorate for Security Policy at the Austrian Ministry of Defense. Based in Vienna, she has been working as a consultant at Repuco Management Consultancy in the area of “Strategy & Analysis” since 2020, supporting several public and private institutions in the areas of strategic foresight, strategic management, and comprehensive security.
