As Russian President Vladimir Putin’s war against Ukraine enters its fourth week, DGAP experts will assess the military situation on the ground, the evolving tactics of Russian forces, and the surprising resilience of the Ukrainian state and society. Other topics will include the ongoing diplomatic efforts for a ceasefire in Ukraine, the outcomes of the informal European Council meeting in Versailles, and the role of French President Emmanuel Macron who will be busy in the coming weeks with his reelection campaign.
