Transatlantic Speaker Series

While discussing November’s political transitions in the United States and China, Alex Lennon, editor-in-chief of The Washington Quarterly, argues that the "China model" and the challenge it presents has been misunderstood. What are the challenges and risks presented by the "China model," to both Franco-German capitalism and the Anglo-American model, and what are the potential terms of a nascent geopolitical competition among capitalist systems?

Speaker:

Alexander T.J. Lennon, Ph.D.
Editor in Chief, The Washington Quarterly and Senior Fellow, International Security Program, Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS)

Comment:

Dr. Henning Riecke
