Every Thursday morning, DGAP’s Research Institute brings together experts and high-level guests to discuss the latest developments in geopolitics. Just ahead of the second anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion, we will begin by providing a short update that analyzes the difficult military situation currently facing Ukraine on its eastern front. Our speakers will then assess the domestic state of the country and new EU funding that should support Ukraine until 2027. We will also address President Zelenskyy’s reshuffle of top military officials and Moscow’s strategy ahead of Russian elections in mid-March.
