Every Thursday morning at 8:30, DGAP’s Research Institute brings together experts and high-level guests to discuss the latest developments in geopolitics. This week, we will look at the prospects for – and obstacles against – reforming and enlarging the EU. Our guests include two members of a group of Franco-German experts who presented a report on EU institutional reform to the EU’s General Affairs Council in Brussels on September 19. Together, we will assess how the recommendations of the report can be put into practice without risking Europe’s coherence.
