The German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) and the German Marshall Fund of the United States

Just days ahead of the EU Council Meeting, the conversation will focus on Brexit scenarios and the consequences for the EU. Two main scenarios summarize how the Brexit process is likely to develop in the years ahead. The first provides for a relatively “smooth and sensible” Brexit. The other can be called a “cliff edge.”
