Young DGAP North Rhine-Westphalia

In addition to meetings of the NRW Regional Forum, this chapter of the Young DGAP offers its own dialogue events, targeted specifically at students and young professionals. Geographically, Germany’s most populous state includes Bonn, Düsseldorf, Cologne, and Münster: the former capital, Bonn, which is home today to a host of United Nations development organizations; the state capital Dusseldorf; the economic hub Cologne; and Münster, site of the historic Peace of Westphalia. Authorities, international organizations, companies, foundations, universities, and civil society advocates with ties to foreign policy are at home in these cities. So is the group we serve: students of foreign policy and young aspiring professionals.
